Hong Kong Education City Limited (EdCity) is a wholly-owned company of the Government of HKSAR. Our portal, EdCity.hk, is a one-stop professional educational portal in Hong Kong which incorporates information, resources, interactive communities and online services, and promotes the use of information technology (I.T.) in improving the effectiveness of teaching and learning. We are now looking for a high caliber professional to join our dynamic team in the following position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage incoming emails, calls, and chats related to the e-Learning Programme;
  • Provide efficient and high-quality customer service to schools, individuals, subscribers, and grantees involved in the e-Learning Programme;
  • Reflect customer comments and suggestions accurately to improve our service standards;
  • Generate regular statistical reports on enquiry and service provided.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer services, business development, or related roles, preferably in the education or eLearning industry;
  • Solid experience in handling customer enquiries, complaints and request of emergency support;
  • Familiarity with the local education landscape & EdTech industry in Hong Kong and the surrounding region;
  • Mature, patient and self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Customer focused and with strong problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach;
  • Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and develop effective service enhancement strategies;
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Proficiency in spoken Mandarin will be an advantage.
