Hong Kong Education City Limited (EdCity) is a wholly-owned company of the Government of HKSAR. Our portal, EdCity.hk, is a one-stop professional educational portal in Hong Kong which incorporates information, resources, interactive communities and online services, and promotes the use of information technology (I.T.) in improving the effectiveness of teaching and learning. We are now looking for a high caliber professional to join our dynamic team in the following position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support in the area of human resources, office administration and accounting operation, such as data entry, document checking and filing, preparing analysis reports, etc;
  • Take up ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline;
  • Around 2 years of clerical experience, preferably in the areas of human resources management, general administration and accounting;
  • With basic knowledge of Office 365, human resources, accounting practices, and relevant statutory requirements is preferred;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Be a good team player;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Good command of written Chinese and English;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
