- In a case where cross year bundled services (i.e. 2-year and 3-year) are terminated by Hong Kong Education City Limited (the“Company”) by any circumstances not foreseeable or controllable during the contract period, the Company shall proportionally refund the buyer the paid package fees for the unused month(s).
