Brief Introduction

Snaildy aims to assist Hong Kong schools in handling SEN-related tasks, providing a unified platform for Special Educational Needs Coordinators (SENCo) and teaching staff to manage SEN student data, balancing privacy and information access, and quickly obtaining activity and service quotations. Snaildy helps enhance the administrative efficiency of teaching staff in SEN-related works and minimize their workload, so that the teachers can devote more time and effort on teaching and caring for SEN students.

Major Functions

• SEN Student Data Management: Teachers can instantly organize, update, and synchronize SEN students' personal information and status records.

• Activity and Service Management: Automatically tally student attendance rates and activity participation hours, so the tutors can be delegated to update the activity/service information

• Account Management: Schools can flexibly set the student privacy permissions for different accounts based on school needs, so it makes the better balance between privacy and teaching.

• Quotation Management: Schools can browse activity/service information uploaded by and directly communicate with and request the quotations from different service providers.

• Historical Record Management: SENCo can view the real-time modification records of each document and the document content is being edited by which account.

Features

Snaildy is designed based on the concept of "Inclusive Communication". Through the technology connecting the complete support network for SEN students, in which from preschool rehabilitation services to employment support, it prevents the discontinuity in support records, and assists them in vocational matching upon them graduating from secondary school. Meanwhile, Snaildy enhances communication and document transmission between parents and teachers to improve home-school collaboration. It also strengthens communication among various schools, so that they can share the specific SEN cases and experiences with other schools.
