School Account Management
Register EdCity School Account
After successfully registering a Hong Kong Education City (EdCity) School Account, the school administrator can create student accounts by batch in the ‘School Accounts Administration System’, enabling students to use diverse EdCity services.
Through the ‘School Accounts Administration System’, the school administrator can also create school-based teacher accounts for teachers of their school to use EdCity school-based services.
To facilitate the school’s management of school-based teacher and student accounts, the following accounts will be created by default (take school code ‘xxx’ as an example):

Schools can use the school administrator account (i.e. xxx-admin) to log in to the ‘School Accounts Administration System’ and manage all teacher and student accounts.
Please print the completed online form and stamp it with a school chop, then email it to info@edcity.hk in 3 working days. After verifying all information, the school administrator will receive a notification email in 3 working days. The information collected is strictly confidential. Please refer to the Privacy Policy of EdCity for details.
Update School Account Information
School administrator can update basic school information and school administrator information in the ‘School Accounts Administration System’. To update the school name and school type, or merge multiple school accounts, please complete the form below and stamp it with a school chop, then email it to info@edcity.hk. After verifying all information, the school account information will be updated in 3 working days.
Reset School Administrator Account Password
Please complete the form below and stamp it with a school chop, then email it to info@edcity.hk. After verifying all information, the school administrator account password will be reset in 3 working days.
Reactivate School Buyer Account
Please complete the form below and stamp it with a school chop, then email it to info@edcity.hk. After verifying all information, the school administrator account password will be reset in 3 working days.
